We confirm slot fit, power/cooling, and lead time — then send a written USD quote or pro-forma invoice. Custom rack layouts typically quoted within 1–2 business days.

Payment
Standard orders: bank transfer (T/T), Wise, or PayPal. Bulk projects follow the payment schedule on your pro-forma. USDT is available only when agreed on the quote.

Assembly, QC & shipment
Units are assembled and burn-in tested in Guangzhou, then shipped express or sea with commercial invoice. Optional remote control setup after delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?+
Standard orders: bank transfer (T/T), Wise, or PayPal per your pro-forma. Bulk projects follow a milestone payment schedule. USDT (Tron TRC20) may be offered when agreed in writing on the quote — see /terms.
Is international shipping included in list price?+
Freight is quoted separately based on destination, carton weight, and method (express courier or sea). Express air is typical for single-chassis orders; sea freight for bulk. DDU or DDP incoterms are confirmed on the pro-forma.
