Max Phones Farm

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Max Phones Farm phone farm hardware, ordering, shipping, and support.

What can I do with a Max Phones Farm deployment?+

Anything legitimate that real phones can do at scale — app testing, QA automation, multi-device workflows, ad verification, and enterprise automation. We provide the rackmount hardware and remote control setup; your team defines the application layer.

Is there a setup tutorial or documentation?+

Yes. We provide deployment documentation with every order and offer Remote Control Setup services. Contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram for hands-on configuration support from our Guangzhou team.

What countries do you ship to?+

We manufacture in Guangzhou, China and ship worldwide. Express air freight and sea freight are available for enterprise bulk orders. Enter your country in the contact form or message us on WhatsApp to confirm shipping options and lead time.

What is a phone farm?+

A phone farm is a collection of real smartphones organized, powered, and controlled together for scaled mobile operations — such as app testing, multi-account management, ad verification, and automation workflows. Max Phones Farm builds the industrial hardware that makes phone farms stable and scalable.

What is a phone farm box?+

A phone farm box is an industrial chassis that houses multiple real smartphones (typically 20 nodes) with centralized power supply, active cooling, and USB connectivity. It replaces individual chargers and scattered cables with a single managed unit ready for 24/7 operation.

What is a motherboard box?+

A motherboard box uses smartphone motherboards without screens or batteries to reduce cost per node. Each node runs the official or customized Android system with USB debugging enabled. It is ideal for high-density automation where display output is not required.

Real device phone farm vs cloud phone — what's the difference?+

Real device phone farms use physical smartphones with genuine hardware fingerprints, GPS, sensors, and carrier profiles. Cloud phones are virtualized instances on shared servers. Real devices offer higher trust scores for platform compliance, better sensor accuracy, and no shared-IP detection risks.

Real device phone farm vs emulator — what's the difference?+

Emulators simulate Android/iOS in software on a PC. Real device farms use actual hardware with genuine sensors and device identifiers. For QA and production automation that must match end-user conditions, physical devices are the reliable baseline.

Android phone farm vs iPhone phone farm?+

Android farms use ADB, USB hubs, and open automation tools with lower per-node cost. iPhone farms require macOS control stations, Lightning/USB-C hubs, and iOS-specific management tools. Max Phones Farm supplies hardware for both platforms from our Guangzhou factory.

How many devices can one box support?+

Standard Max Phones Farm phone farm boxes support 20 nodes per 2U chassis. Custom configurations can scale to 40, 60, or 100+ devices using rackmount cabinets and modular expansion units.

Can you customize hardware?+

Yes. We offer custom chassis dimensions, node counts, power configurations, cooling layouts, and rackmount integrations. Share your device model, quantity, and workflow requirements for a tailored quote.

Do you provide remote control software?+

We provide remote control software support including screen mirroring, batch APK installation, ADB command shortcuts, and device grouping. Software is compatible with our hardware out of the box.

Do you support group control system configuration?+

Yes. Our team configures group control systems for batch device management — including task scheduling, synchronized actions, and multi-group organization for agency and enterprise workflows.

Do you provide export documentation?+

Yes. We supply commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation for international shipments. Share your import requirements when requesting a quote so we can prepare the correct paperwork.

What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?+

Standard products MOQ is 1 unit for sample evaluation. Bulk pricing applies from 5 units. Enterprise rack deployments typically start at 10+ boxes with dedicated project management.

Can I buy a sample?+

Yes. We encourage sample orders so you can evaluate hardware quality, cooling performance, and software compatibility before bulk purchase. Sample units ship within 3–5 business days.

How long is delivery time?+

In-stock units ship within 3–5 business days. Custom configurations take 7–15 business days for production. Express international delivery adds 3–7 days; sea freight 15–30 days.

How to pay?+

Payment terms depend on order size. Sample and standard orders can be settled via bank transfer (T/T), Wise, or PayPal. For bulk enterprise orders we issue a pro-forma invoice with agreed payment schedule. Contact sales for details.
